Stock Market Index can be made using lot of different weighting methodology → Most popular ones are:

1. Market-capitalization weighting → NASDAQ-100, Hang Seng Index

2. Free-float adjusted market-capitalization weighting → S&P 500, NIFTY50

3. Price weighting →Dow Jones Industrial Average → This can be easily implemented using Trading View by selecting the appropriate symbols and adding them.
